Phone Interview- Asked two relatively easy probability questions along with going over background information, resume, etc.
In person interview- met with two divisions of trade operations, 3 total interviews. Nothing too difficult. Discussed recent projects I have done, went over what the job requires.

No very difficult questions. They ask if you will be available 50-60 hours a week, sometimes until 11 on Friday nights. Maybe just want to see how you respond.
