Very long and impersonal. Multiple applicants scheduled at same time and the interviewers seemed melancholy and uninterested. No one seemed happy to work at the company, it was one of the main things that turned me off. There was also a lack of attention to detail. I was selected based on my resume, then at the interview I was told to update my resume to certain company specifications. The interviewer told me they had turned down multiple applicants for having issues on their resume and I didn't understand why they weren't more selective of who they invited for an interview.
A on demand virtual interview, then an interview with the manager. Once you’ve completed that it’s a waiting game. Onboarding will reach out if you are hired. Interview is easy.

Its usually during a hiring event, you go in do the assessment and typing test in the computer. They call you back for an interview and based on your scores they tell you what position you qualify for. They will tell you then and there if you got the job.
