Two round technical and one round HR
In the same day .
Within one week I got the offer letter.
Interview was easy .From both sql and .net interviewer asked questions.

I got a call from HR after she saw my profile on Naukri. Interview process was smooth ....two technical interviews followed by a HR round for pkg discussion and all.
Since all the big IT Companies have 3 Months notice period so I also had the same problem.
But after I sent all the documents to HR. I din't hear back from her. So after 4-5 days I rang her to follow up on offer letter.
But the reply I got from HR was very wierd.
she said we are looking for a candidate who can join us in a span of 45 to 60 days. The main problem in releasing your offer letter is notice period.
Since in our first conversation itself, I clearly mentioned HR about my official notice period time of 3 months. Then if they were looking for a candidate with 45 days notice then why the hell she called me for interview and wasted my whole saturday. I could have gone somwhere else for interview.
She said if I am ready to join in 45 days, she can release offer letter with joining date of after 45 days.. What kind of reply was this?
Truly Unprofessional gesture from HR and I must say she is just degrading the image of company.
She should have checked everything with the candidate and her team before calling him/her for the interview.
