The interview process is not simple.
For the remote positions the candidate should first go through Work-at-Home PC/ISP Check . So people have to submit acceptance his/her PC and software to be inspected by thitd party software, which can have malware, viruses etc.
Thus the candidate does not receive a PC/laptop from Sutherland to work on the corporate tasks.
Then after the check there is a first interview.
The HR associates are often not acquainted with your CV. You are a No. N in the process of recruitment and if you say something unpleasant for Sutherland like:
- they search for Gen Z only
- they conduct interview as you are a subject or piece of meat
- the marketing is drawing wrong messages and their job offer in the job websites is not corresponding to the narrative of the HR associate
then that's it.
Or if the candidate is very harmful and shuts up and he/she is going to the next level.
This is a test including reading - comprehensive tasks, also voice essay etc. in German and English and it is a long test. So here Sutherland tests your speed reactions, the quality is on the second place.
And after that is you are ok with the test, then there is an interview with someone on higher level in the hierarchy.
Probably there will be another interview after that. Unfortuately I could not score higher.
