I attended an interview for technical support (non-voice process) in sutherland and while entering into the office they gave me a set of papers containing simple aptitude and basic grammer questions to solve.After completing those paper works I was asked to move to the first round and it was F2F interview with junior HR.The second round was a chat round in which I had to chat online with an anonymous at the other end using proper english with a typing speed of 25 words per one minute with 90% accuracy.Later a week I got a call from sutherland and they have asked me to attend the final round of the interview i.e, F2F interview with Senior HR.

They called me for an interview, and scheduled two different dates because there it was a system error occurred as they don't work on Saturday 05/07 so I joined the correct call on 07/07 to be interviewed and hopefully be able to start on 14/07. A few days later, they sent me a communication in regard to application rejection and on 15/07 they have posted again the same job offer on Linkedin and interviewed a friend of mine...no explanation for this behavior and they wasted my time and obviously they are still looking for the position. No words...
First, an In-person interview then an online aptitude test. Pretty straight forward and asked questions such as strengths, weaknesses, etc. Second interview was with direct supervisor and was more like a formality.
