Formal panel, very matter of fact lots of behavioral questions. Very professional and calm. attitude. The whole interview took 25 minutes. They had their poker face and did not give me a clue that I got the job. I got a call a week later.

They went on an initial phone call and asked why I wanted to work for sutter. Then they talked about my experience and asked about what experience I have. They got to know a little about me and why nursing

The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
