I was first asked to present a bried description of my experience with SAP projects, then specifically as an SAP project manager/PMO. Then we talked about successes and failures, and how have I dealt with each. In the end, the interviewer presented me a status of the project was presented, along with priorities and short term demands, and asked me if I was willing to enter the team. And I said yes.
