Somehow i had impression that there are not that many people applying for the store. had two interviews in back of the store. Standard questions asked. Asked a lot about previous experiences. Relaxed atmosphere. For 2nd interview they asked to prepare Swot analysis. Which I did no problem. Standard interview questions again. More about motivating team, how to deal with difficult staff. I was quite confident due to positive feedback but I even didn't get response back on ether outcome. That's disheartening and rude.
