I applied online. I had a telephone interview with a recruiter, going through my CV and the motivations that lead me to apply for this position. I was then invited to interview at their HQ. The interviewers were friendly and I had a good feeling about the interview. We discussed the role and the tasks, as well as my academic background and experience. After my interview, I waited for 4 weeks for a feedback that never arrived. I called the HR assistant and she just said "Oh WE FORGOT to tell you that we chose another candidate". After that, nothing! Not even an email to ask me to provide them with the bill of my hotel room and the travel ticket (I was told at the beginning that the company was going to cover those expenses). Disappointing.
