First call with a recruiter, second with a store manager and the third is with the district manager. Overall easy process if you tell them you're really into customer service. That is what they really care about. Also, it is nice to know about the company and show interest in their jewelry/figurines.

I was referred by a friend. They were very friendly, assistant manager was taking notes and her and the manager took turns in asking me questions. Simple questions, then told me to sell a collection to them in a roleplay scenario. Then asked some admin questions, as expected.
