The interview process was smooth and the HR staff was very kind and friendly, I had the feeling of being having a chat more than a phone interview so it helped me not to be nervous. Initial phone screen with HR, a second interview with HR over the phone, third interview with the Communications Manager and I didn't get to be invited to the final face to face interview in their headquarters in Männedorf.
