Filled out a short application and sat in a room with 2 people. They were friendly. They talked about the company and explained the position well. I appreciated the direct questions and explanation of who they were looking for to fill the position. It did take a few days for them to call me back, I called them twice to see if they were any closer to making a decision. They hired me, so I am glad they thought it all through!
