I interviewed for Abinito competence back in June 2023. There were 2 rounds one managerial and one technical.
In the managerial, it was more on the understanding of the role and go through of the experience.
In technical round it was more explain project , go through components and stuff.

That was the most unprofessional hiring process I've ever seen.
Starts with easy assignment, then had easy interviews with team leader and team who look obviously not enough qualified at their work, then they asked references, and after I sent i got a mail that they're continue with another candidate and they want me to have another interview with another position, that was shocking, unprofessional and disrespectful, because i reveal to my references that I'm looking for a job and had interviews , what if I don't like the new position, IT community is small, everyone knows everyone, now people know that I'm looking for a job, i didn't want that to be known, reference step must be after agreement on position.

Was told I would be part of the modernization of their internal infrastructure, the first call seemed very friendly and impressed etc, the second interview was with the recruiter/project manager and a member of the team I would be joining where we went through the stack and the kind of tasks that needed to be done
