1. Phone call, then online interview with recruiter
2. Online interview with associate director and director/vp (don’t remember)
3. Case was given by the recruiter, the task was to do an esg analysis on a company in an emerging country. You had around 30 minutes or one hour to send it to the recruiter.
4. Meeting with the AD and VP/director again. This time in-person. Overall discussion about the job, yourself and then you had to do a ppt presentation of your case.
5. Meeting with HR straight after case presentation which was the last interview-related step as I understand it
Didn’t get an offer after these steps, but really seemed like a great company and fun role. Super nice location and the office was newly renovated and really nice. I also really appreciated that the recruiter gave me feedback after my last interview and didn’t just ghost me
