Went well, they asked me about my attributes and availability. Boss was understanding during the interview and it was easy as it was over the phone and didn't conflict with my schedule.

Very friendly and truly talks with you to understand you as a person. Not just standardized questions. They want to see the individuals character and personality. I really enjoyed getting to know about the owner and learning about the company. This was a very pleasant and relaxed interview process.
