Virtual, very relaxed and they were all very friendly. I hate interviewing as I am sure everyone does. I honestly thought it went ok. I know my nervousness showed. But it's all good. Best of luck to whom ever they choose.

Originally contacted by Director. Then contacted by Generalist for phone screen. First interview was with Director. Structured questions, not conversational, she entered notes into the computer while I answered. Overall, communication with the Director was difficult. She originally reached out to me, then disappeared for over a week. This continued throughout the interview process, it would have been nice to have a little more reliability communication-wise.
