Very technical organization, did 3 rounds of itnerviews with a lot of "prove you know it" kind of questions and scenarios. 1 Phone interview, 1 in person interview with the manager for this group, then the final one with owner himself.

They asked a lot of "here is a scenario, what would do to find the problem?" questions. I had something on my resume about group policies and they brought up a screen and asked me how to get to the group policy editor.
