Met with the CEO for coffee and then met with two other executives at a later date. I met withe the CEO several times to discuss where I might fit best within the company (several positions available). After two or three coffee meetings, the CEO wanted me to meet with two other executives. The meeting with these people was the real "interview" where they asked the questions (some listed below). The people who work for this organization are nice and just want to get an idea of how you would fit into the culture of their organization.
