I have to say I am surprised that the reviews here are absolutely right. The person did not call inspite of a schedule interview and after a good 20 mins into the interview time I got the following message: "Hi - I called but there was no answer and no option to leave a voice message. Happy to reschedule for the week of the . Please let me know your availability. Thanks." I replied to the person, "If you can share your phone number I can call and that two weeks later would be too late as I was in final rounds at other places but I was interested in Swish Analytics". I also mentioned that there is nothing wrong with my cell phone line as I had just taken another interview before this call." No reply to that. Fact and summary: I did not see any incoming call. Obviously the person did not call and was lying. Needless to say, this was a very poor display of professionalism from someone claiming to be in Talent Acquisition Team. I hope this person knows that, while they are out "acquiring talent", talent also is on a similar mission to "acquire most talented employer". Judging happens on both the sides.
