Application Process: The process involved submitting a resume, cover letter, and completing digital math/logic tests. I applied at the end of September and waited 2.5 months before hearing back from SwissRE! Digital Interview: Standardized questions were provided, and I had to video record my answers. Classical Interview: This round was conducted with two team members and one HR representative. I felt confident, as I fully answered all questions and believed I met all the job requirements. However, I received a 30-second phone call ONE MONTH LATER to inform me that I had not been selected to proceed further—without any additional comments or feedback!! Digital Interview Center: I was not invited to this final round. Overall: The experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend applying.
