To be completely honest don't worry about this too much. They usually hire everyone. Just for all your answers make sure you can convey how you want to help other people. The whole process is very simple, you walk in they ask you a few no brainers and then they will ask you to choose which of the following airlines you'd like to work for. Keep in mind you get no benefits.
