I applied online on Swissport's career page and received a call to conduct a phone interview a few days later. I was invited to come in for a face to face interview with the HR the following day. They requested for me to complete some airport security awareness training online prior to coming in.
The process was very straight forward and I was asked basic interview questions to determine my interest. The HR representative was very enthusiastic, polite, and helpful.

Had a phone interview firstly where I was asked about why I want to work in the applied role at Swissport, as well as my availability. I had to fill out my availability hours online too. I got invited to a group information and interview session where we had one on one interviews. They asked me about my hours of availability again and when I can start.

Very simple it’s a job fair and they ask you 3 questions. Then they make their decision on the spot and let you know if you can proceed to the next table.

You will get the job, a video interview, they hire 10 people every 6 weeks, just act like you have looked at their website at least once, the lady doing the interviews works in a storage closet, she is lovely though
