Submit resume call me on next day, done some pre-screen interview and go over salary, how many hours per week. Then few days later got a call schedule second interview at Calgary airport. The person very nice, willing answer question after, sound like want to hire me for sure, but didn't. I think Air Hainnan also work together as well, because they looking for people who can speak chinese.
One of the interview question are ridiculous "What kind of animal you want to be? Why?" , you can do some research online about this answer .
Easy ..straight forward and STAR method questions .. be prepared for talking about yourself skills and qualifications ..
they gonna give you feedback within 2/3 weeks .
Keep updated your cv and bussiness attire is always important.
Very easy and quick. Comfortable and group interview no one on one, which make it very less daunting. The makers were very supportive and approachable.
Allowed us to choose between domestic terminal and international which is great gives you variety in learning .
