Very long, drawn out process. Initial phone screen followed by F2F interviews then they went silent. They eventually called again to see if I was still interested. I resumed talking with them and they offered my the position. I turned it down because the pay was too low ($110k) and it seemed like a lot of overtime was required. They also came across very disorganized.
