I have applied online, phone interview, visit onsite, training for about 2 weeks before starting the job and job start.
we have learned a lot about the airport laws and regulations, how to deal with aircraft on the ground, with luggage and live animals, how to marshal the aircraft and how to park it properly.
it was a great experience. everybody is nice and always ready to help. it is a team work job and the atmosphere was always good and enjoyable.

Simple group interview to get to know you, and overview of the company. Some, paperwork to prove ability to work, and competency . Just provide safety application along with interest the company.
Simple phone interview followed by an in person interview. Applications are online and then a phone interview, in person interview, and potentially a final phone interview. It is relatively simple
Quick and easy but it seemed like they hire anybody. The questions are super vague and it feels like they are trying to just get people in the door but they don’t care about retention
