Online Video interview and then you would be invited to a group interview where there was a 20-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute individual interview process. Interview questions were mostly situational (e.g what would you do in this situation, how have you handled a situation where you had to... so and so)

Why do you want to work for us? Talked about the company itself and how they handled flights for United and explain to me the job responsibilities and how the process works and that it is not a normal job like you’ll be working hours, but also getting experience
A few questions more so ID needed passport driving license 5 year history from Hmrc ask you about yourself why, you want to work here, takes a few days for an answer usually by phone call or e-mail also some paperwork to be filled out

Interview was easy 10mins no hard questions at all Ask you simple questions then they set an appointment for you for a face to face interview. Basically tell you what to bring and what your gonna be doing
