Do not count on an interview. They advise they will contact you with a telephone interview giving date and time but then they never bother to call you. No explanation given. Very unprofessional and not a good impression to give someone looking for work. Avoid waste of time and not a company to work for.

Fast response to initial enquiry. 1st interview 20 mins telephone Actual interview 10 mins Poorly organised interviewer, felt like process has been outsourced. Told I would get follow up interview within three days. Got email telling me to book next interview, could not select date or time. Gave up

I applied online, and was sent an email asking to attending an assessment day.
I arrived at the assessment day and I was surprised I was the only candidate there. I thought it was a bit strange as the email suggested group tasks etc.
A brief overview of the role and Swissport was given, a few questions then a literacy and numeracy test. These were easy and there is a time limit of 25 mins.
Then there was the standard interview with various questions.
I wasn’t given a good overal impression of the company upon leaving the interview I decided it was not for me.
