A recruiter from Swoon Staffing contacted me and we talked about the position, the company profile and then we talked about my background and what I am looking for. Unfortunately the position I was applying for was with a company I had applied for before so it wasn't a good fit.

Why am I applying for the position, what am I looking for in my next job opportunity, etc. The interviewer also went in detail over the resume to try to assess each of my past job experiences. He was excellent at helping me refine my resume in terms of layout and giving me suggestions on how I can improve it. Overall a good experience.
