I would describe this to be 'The Worst' interview ever I had in my career of 10 years. My profile was shortlisted and the interview was scheduled through an e-mail. Whats surprising is the fact that I was not even contacted over the phone for an initial screening. I was not given anything more than 5 minutes to take the interviewer through my work experience. And we are talking about a person who has 10 years of hardcore global strategic procurement experience and someone who has handled projects worth millions of dollars. Within no time I realised that the person is done with her questions and that I had to leave the room. They have not even bothered to update me on the status of my application. This is very unprofessional for a company who are the 'so called' leaders in their line of business.
