The interview process starts with online application then you do an online test then you do an online interview and then if you make it to the next round you get it in person interview what you do a IQ test

I applied in 2019. 3 weeks after applying got an email for introduction day. Then had a paper based test with multiple answers. Then the interview for who got through. Panel interview with two people.
