When I asked to first clarify the compensation package with my direct manager before meeting his superior, I was told that the package was fixed — “take it or leave it.” Despite that, the manager called again to emphasize how great it was to work at SignalBank, only to end the call saying he had chosen another candidate. Overall: a disorganized and inconsistent process with unclear communication and decision-making structure.
