Horrible experience-Do not apply. Managers were unprofessional and rude. Interview was unplanned. Interviewers changed without any prior notification. No set questions, no welcome or thank you. Interviewers had no skill or knowledge to ask relevant questions. It was the most unprofessional and horrible experience I have ever had. I was fairly confident with my experience that I knew more than the interviewers, I could even identify how poor their current approaches were. The questions were dull and it appeared the company had no given any thought as to why they needed to recruit and what the role will involve. No rational or thinking had been put into selection and interview. I was told they will get back end of the week. After two and half week and after sending two emails to two managers who did not had courtesy to reply HR finally got back saying you have been unsuccessful not due to race because of your experience. How discriminatory is this? All poor reviews about this firm appear correct. Extremely unprofessional and a definite no no for a professional person. Do not waste time applying . It is a place where unfairness and unprofessionalism prevails. Fortunately I have many interviews lined up but very disappointed as I have not come across such a horrible experience before.
