The interviews were good at first. I enjoyed meeting the hiring manager and working with the recruiter. My interview process was over 3 weeks long. I met with other key players in the role it felt as if they were miserable. The team was not welcoming, diverse, and extremely unorganized. They were all late to our interview and distracted while interviewing me. It is difficult to interview with members who made me feel as if I was interrupting their schedule. It definitely impacted the chances of ever getting the job. The HR seems extremely unwelcoming.
