I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter and it went well. I was invited to do another interview with an engineer. The interview had to be rescheduled three times because the interviewer never showed up. On the fourth attempt he finally showed up. He questioned me about my resume and we talked about my experiences and projects. He asked me basic system design questions and asked me about to find the nth Fibonacci number verbally. I thought it went well but I was surprised to get rejected after that interview.

Received a basic screening call, didn't pass through to another round. The HR person said my resume would be given to the hiring manager. After the call, I received a rejection email.
Met on campus at career fair. Interviewed with one career fair rep on campus, then a screen and technical interview with a manager. Then, one more interview with another team. Pretty confusing to be honest.

Really easy process. Recruiter Phone -> Hiring Manager (yes before technical) -> Technical with two software engineers. Phone was basic, what do you know about the company and why do you want to work here? HM gives you a rundown on what to expect. Technical was about my resume stuff and a LC Easy.
