Easy and simple, your standard interview questions and interview hierarchy. Will most likely hire a temporary employee so if you want this position try getting in through a temp agency first.
I was asked about five behavioral questions and time management skills. They asked and listened. It was held in a small meeting room. It was supposed to take 45 minutes and for me it took about the 30 to 40 minutes which I thought was perfectly adequate.
