Interview process consisted of a live call zoom meeting with me, the host interviewing us, and several other applicants. We were given an orientation of the company and pace, structure, expectations, and guidelines. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and you are required to Complete a life and health insurance exam on your own dollar. They do, however, give you a bonus code or referral code that gives you a discount on a course prep for the state you’re in. After the initial interview, we were asked questions during the first one and people who seemed like they would be good candidates were given a second interview option for an individual interview with the host. I was given the second interview and offered a job opportunity after that.
