two stages - first stage was a remote interview with the Head of Regulatory as well as HR. Talked through the CV and competency based questions are asked, as well as an opportunity for the candidate to demonstrate their transferable skills and qualities by providing examples. The 2nd stage was in person, consisting of a presentation and some more of the first stage but in further detail. The presentation is based on a regulatory topic and was designed to see how comfortable the candidate was in displaying knowledge in a clear and concise manner. Wonderful people to speak to on both occasions and friendly staff on-site.
