The process was really long, with a first technical interview, then a long technical challenge that was not really in sync with the job requirements, then a lunch with some of the team, where I thought I would have more info about the job whereas I felt it was a more like a third technical stage I needed to pass, and then there should have been another interview of 3 hours, again, highly technical, which I felt was overkill and honestly, discouraged me about getting into this company
