On site interview. First with the hiring manger, and after with the team. That's it in a nutshell. I met with the hiring manager first, and he asked me more personality questions, and items on my resume. He's the one who asked the "brain teasers", and the more technical interview which mainly tested JavaScript, and MySQL was with members of the team. I interview with one other person who has head of the Asia branch of the company. Overall I thought it went well I am glad I got some experience with being interviewed in a variety of ways. I didn't get an offer, but that happens.
