3. Discuss about all the projects situation and ask for the solutions and actions as a project manager should make and take.

Kind of weird, interviews were not always scheduled in advance for phone calls. Hiring manager was late for in person interview. Seemed unprepared and was in a hurry. Group panel was better but the panel seemed guarded.
