There is a phone interview with HR before formal interview. We had a great conversation to make sure the job fitted mine current expectation and HR also knew I had capability for this job. On the day of formal interview, I talked with HR manager, department managers, and engineers to understand my personality and technical knowledge. I described my career and how I expected to learn from this new role/job. 2 days later, I got offer later.

As usual 3stage interview. first is basic skill and second is in-depth technical questions and final is c level interview including attitude and communication. Each stage was remote zoom meeting except last stage
