The interview process consisted of three steps: an initial screening focused on logic building, a problem-solving round, and a final meeting with the CEO. However, the entire process took over 2.25 weeks just to complete the first three rounds, which felt unnecessarily prolonged and could have been more efficient to respect candidates’ time and maintain engagement.
