Initial application by internet, or phone. Then a HR representative will call you and ask you similar questions to what was on the application. Phone call will be about anyCSR experience, conflict resolution, a couple personality questions and basically to judge how you are on the phone. If you pass this phase you'll be called into the office for an interview day with other candidates. wear business casual attire at least, all successful candidates had at least slacks and a dress shirt, or business skirt/dress/slacks apparel. If you pass the in person interview (one HR person, one person in the job you're applying for) you will be taken to a conference room with other approved candidates and an HR rep will go over the companies benefits and any concerns you might have. This is followed by the opportunity to sign up for shifts and determine your two scheduled days off, generally requires one weekend day of work until you're senior. You'll be assigned a date to start training, usually within a month and will need to complete a background check and drug test at the companies expense, prior to showing up for your training class.
