Before any phone interview his head you must go through a simulation in a mock database. The simulation is very intricate and requires attention to detail and if you do well they will follow up with a phone call. Oddly I was scheduled for a phone interview him for two days after the simulation with the phone interview was for 10:30 PM at night. I received a phone call right on time that night and that interview lasted about 15 minutes about 10 minutes into that interview I was made aware that there was at least one if not two other people listening in on the line and there was a little confusion as they tried to organize an on-site interview.They advised me that the on-site interview would require me to have a batch of no cell phone on my person and told me the location. The job was for little more than $13 an hour however and after every consideration I decided that that type of environment is and that type of position is not one that I think anyone should consider for such a low compensation
