Had a phone interview on a Thursday and interviewed the following Monday. Interviewer was dressed in jean shorts and a t shirt and seemed unimpressed and cold the whole time. I broke his wall down a little but could tell he really wasn't that interested. He told me he has been with the company over 20 years. I was very prepared and answered all of his questions indepthly, the interview took about 15 minutes. I'm not sure if he was trying to seem relaxed as to not give away if I got the job or not but hope to hear from someone within the week.
