It's quick, which is nice, but depending on who you interview with, you may find yourself completely disinterested in moving forward. I had the displeasure of interviewing with someone who couldn't help themselves from being demeaning and condescending when doing a pair-programming challenge (this was the hiring manager...). I'm grateful that they presented themselves in this way during the interview as it gave me all I needed to know: the working experience would be horrible. Hard pass. Not waiting to find out the outcome, I removed my candidacy by the end of the interview as I respect myself enough to not sign up for such an experience.
