It was very interpersonal. They were all very nice and welcoming. I'm not sure about the job itself, though, because I'm highly suspicious of paying $100 for a background check, which is unheard of.

I have been with the Company for 5 years. I was referred to the Company by a friend and I knew what the company did before I went in to meet about the career opportunity as I had already done my financial planning with the company. When I went in, I was still working full time as an attorney at a prominent law firm in Los Angeles. I loved the fact that I could start part time with Syncis, and still work full time at the law firm. The appointment/meeting was very straightforward and simple- basically, they got to know me, my past experience and my career goals, and explained what the company did and how the business worked, and then determined if we would be a good fit for each other. I spent about 2-3 meetings before deciding that I wanted to start with the company and I felt no pressure. Best career/business decision I have ever made. It's not for everyone, but I am SO happy that even though I had a full time job as an attorney, I kept an open mind to learn about this opportunity.
