Recruiter is definitely not on top of the process, let alone managing a positive candidate experience. She was not aware of the poor reviews on Glassdoor at all, and sends out automated/copy and paste emails between interview stages. Worst part about it was that she briefed me with the wrong interview information. Was told one interviewer would be there, and ended up with a different one in a totally different role. Plus, was told it was a cultural interview when it was a technical one. Very messy, disorganized process that makes candidates feel unvalued. To top it off, was ghosted even after I followed up. The people that work at this company seem like decent people, but recruitment process is a mess.
