When I share about my currenct project n technical things , interviewer said its not possible.
Interviewer was getting so late that he take only 5 question and decided. Even he left the premises before me :)
I don;t why the seat in panel when they really don;t want.

Interview process was fast with a strict timelines. 3-4 rounds of interview occurred with last round from the client. TA team is reachable and gets candidate interview aligned on the same day of discussion,
Cons: Not very flexible with planning interview according to candidate

I got the interview call from the consultancy and then I got the interview invite from synechron. It went for an hour and interviewer asked questions on framework, 2 java programs, scenario based questions etc.
I got the call after few days regarding client interview. Client interview went for 45 min asking questions from multiple places from my resume. Everything goes well and I got the offer but after so many dramas.
I was the immediate joiners so they release the offer 2 days before my LWD and asked to join on weekend whereas in offer letter the date was mentioned was something else. They just hold the offer letter so that I can't join any other organization. I got the good offer from different organization and then HR called me and started saying lots of things which was pathetic.
I request you if you have no other choice only then join this organization otherwise try to avoid it else you will end up in trouble.
