The complete recruitment process took a month. It was started with the telephonic round on the 14th of October 2019 then followed by the next 3 rounds in November 2019. Total 4 rounds out of which one was a computer test asking about the English and Technical questions. In the other 3 rounds, it was telephonic based.

The interview overall was easy. You meet with a few managers. Everyone is friendly. They have a conversation with you about your experiences. Go prepared just in case. Know the sponsor company details as well, for example - medications, pipeline, company history.
